Order Tracking and Delivery Timeline?
Due to the volume of orders, I don’t provide tracking numbers. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery before reaching out. If you haven’t received your order by the 10th day, feel free to email me, and I’ll look into it. I also recommend signing up for informed delivery to stay updated.
Bitcoin Payment Requirements
Please have your Bitcoin ready before placing your order. You have a 2-hour window for the payment to confirm on the blockchain. If it doesn’t clear in time, the order will show as canceled/failed and will need manual review, which may delay fulfillment and your items could go out of stock.
What is Included in a kit?
Just the kit itself, diluent is not included.
What other items do you carry?
Only items currently listed on our website are available.
How long are the kits good for?
A minimum of two years from the manufacturing date.
How do you reconstitute your HGH
1ml = 1cc = 100iu 12iu vials I add 1.2ml of diluent. Every 10iu on an insulin syringe equals 1iu of HGH.
What HGH Dose is recommended?
The administered dose is dose dependant based on your goals. 2-4iu/ed is commonly used for rejuvenation/lipolysis while a larger dose along with AAS is recommended for hypertrophy/hyperplasia.
Why are my IGF Levels low after administering your HGH
Limitless variables can affect your IGF levels. e.g. liver not properly converting HGH to IGF, androgens, diet, AIs, etcetera etcetera.
How do I know your HGH is good?
Every batch that has been put on the market has been tested and HPLC reports posted. My accountability and history speak for itself. I have and will continue to test every batch.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times typically range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the customer’s location. We utilize USPS Priority Mail for shipping.
Has my order been shipped?
Orders with a “Processing” status have not yet shipped, indicating that your payment is still being processed on the blockchain. If your order shows a “Completed” status, it typically means the shipping label has been generated and your order will ship shortly.
Do you provide tracking?
Tracking is no longer provided, if your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please feel free to contact us. We will retrieve the tracking information and provide a status update.
My package was returned, what is the next course of action?
Please verify your shipping information is accurate prior to purchase finalization. We cannot reship orders returned due to incorrect addresses or USPS inaccessibility to the delivery location. However, we will replace packages lost in transit at no extra charge.
I received an empty Package
Please note that I am not liable for any theft of items after a package is marked as delivered. If you receive a package with a USPS label indicating damage or emptiness, I am more than happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
Do you offer International shipping. Do you ship to FPO addresses
All orders ship from US and are delivered to all 50 states. We currently do not offer international shipping or delivery to military FPO addresses.
